I am a list maker. Every backcountry trip I go on, I make a list ahead of time. That’s because I otherwise will forget something.
When I return from a trip, I will usually go over the list and revise it based upon what worked and what didn’t; what I had and didn’t need; and what I needed and didn’t have.
